User Manual
Welcome to SakLabs AI! This user manual will help you navigate the platform, connect your communication channels, and start automating your business workflows. Our AI automatically ingests messages from phone calls, chats, and emails, extracts actionable intelligence, and manages tasks.
First Login
Upon activating your subscription, you will receive an invitation email. Follow the secure link to set your password and access the Dashboard.
The Dashboard is your command center. From here, you can monitor real-time ingestion metrics, view active tasks, and manage your intelligent routing pipelines.
Connecting Channels
SakLabs AI works by ingesting data from your existing communication channels. To set up a new channel:
- Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar.
- Select the channel type (e.g., Email (IMAP), WhatsApp API, or Telephony VoIP).
- Follow the on-screen prompts to authenticate the connection (e.g., providing IMAP credentials or OAuth access).
- Test the connection to ensure the Gateway microservice can securely receive data.
Setting up Pipelines
Pipelines dictate how ingested data is processed and understood.
- Ingestion: Audio files are automatically routed through our Speech-to-Text engine, while text is normalized.
- Intelligence: Configure specific "Intents" (e.g., Support Ticket, Sales Lead) so the AI knows what to extract from the conversation.
- Routing: Set rules to forward specific intents to the Task Management engine.
Defining Tasks
Once an intent is recognized, SakLabs AI can trigger a task. You can define task templates in the Task Management section. For instance, if the Intelligence service detects a "Billing Issue", you can configure the system to automatically generate a high-priority ticket and assign it to the Finance team.
Viewing Insights
Head over to the Memory & Analytics tab to search through historical conversations. The system stores vector embeddings of all transcripts, allowing you to perform semantic searches like "Find all complaints about shipping delays in Q3".
Team & Roles
Invite your team members from the Settings > Users menu. You can assign roles such as Admin (full access), Manager (can configure pipelines), or Viewer (can only view insights and tasks).
